Roach was hatched outside a small farmyard near Pensacola, Florida (yep, he’s a native). He migrated to Lakeland where he remained until 18. Roach began his radio career in Daytona Beach before moving to Athens, Georgia (Go Dawgs!) to pursue a major in … keg stands! Somehow, he got hired at a radio stations in Ft.Walton Beach, Florida, and Knoxville, Tennessee, where he remained cold and dormant until 2006. Roach had enough chilly weather and decided to crawl into Ft. Myers - where he has been spotted in kitchens at a number of bars and restaurants throughout Southwest Florida. Today, our favorite “little insect” can be seen (and heard) crawling around the 93X studios weekdays from 10AM-2PM!
Long ago in a dark pit of fun and quirkiness emerged Sadie. She enjoys short walks on the beach that preferably end at a bar. She also likes pirates, coffee, boating, photography, rum, sleeping, concerts and beer. She pretty much enjoys all categories of music - especially alt-rock. The Beatles, however, are her favorite band.
Probably her finest moment came when she learned how to play Hungry Hungry Hippos by herself; appropriating different limbs to different hippos. Sadie spent too much time alone as a child... and she's terrible at math. But, what she lacks in numerical knowledge she makes up in useless knowledge. Don't go up against her on trivia, she'll destroy you. Rock with her afternoons from 2-7 on 93X

Originally from the Twin Cities, but glad to be in Southwest Florida. I love to rock-out on the radio! Weekends, you'll catch me in the gulf on a boat with a beer and my dogs ... another big passion of mine! I’m usually up for anything in the "What I Like To Do" department. I have NO patience for idiots, posers, fake D-bags, tomatoes, liars, gold-diggers, bad drivers, onions, and dental work. Other than that, I’m just the guy rockin' non-stop 6PM-10PM weeknights on 93X!
